Biography of Versailles Biography | After ten years of career and strong of four CDs, the band had a freat chance on stage in … California, at the time of a prestigious festival l (the «Progfest»). It should be said that, in the purest tradition of Prog stamped « made in France », such Ange and Mona Lisa, Versailles offers a very theatrical show.
Their music is a pure progressive juice of quality and energetic, with relents of seventies. The lyrics, in French, make the good share at the XVIIIe century. And the whole is emphasized thanks to the scenery, the costumes and a very dynamic production where humour has its place.
The band does not seem to be existing at present. |
